Ordering is easy! To start, just enter or select your Zip Code. Select your requested delivery time. Continue to Restaurant Area. Just click on the name of your chosen restaurant and start ordering! When done selecting dishes, proceed to checkout. Revise your order and place it!  That’s it! 

Once you have selected an item, you may add any special instructions you have and select the quantity wanted before adding it to your shopping cart. To complete your order, just proceed to the button with the Green Arrow “Ver mi Orden”. Once there, you may cancel any dish by clicking on the X, add more quantity or return to the restaurant list. When ready, proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details and payment method. 

 If you have ordered before, you will just need to enter your e-mail and password to access your private delivery information details. If its your first time ordering, we will request that you place a one time phone call to our office at 787-294-5520 in which we will confirm your address, phone number, any notes that will make the delivery process more efficient, as well as any access restrictions or permissions. This phone call is required only the first time you order online or whenever you make any changes on your Delivery details.

If you wish to review or print menus before placing your order, you may do so by clicking on the Link that will appear below each restaurant name on the Restaurant List. Its menu will show On-Screen on a printable format. (They usually take a couple of pages, so we suggest you only print them out if totally neccesary.  We try to be as green as possible).

Basic Charge: Starting from just $5.89
For a basic delivery fee starting at just $5.89 dollars you may enjoy the service of our professional, uniformed drivers, delivering dishes from your favorite restaurants in the comfort of your home or office... This delivery fee will vary depending on the distance of your chosen restaurant to your home or office. For example, if you order from a restaurant in Condado and you live at Los Paseos, your delivery fee will be approximately $7.89. The system itself will inform you this delivery charge while you place your order.

How may I pay for my order?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For your security, credit card must be present at the time of delivery. Our driver will process a manual receipt to confirm the transaction. If the owner of the credit card will not be present at time of delivery, a
Credit Card Charge Authorization Document must be completed prior to delivery. You may get it here , or by calling our office at 787-792-2625 and requesting a copy by fax or email. All sections of the document must be completed for it to be valid. Due to security concerns for cardholders, we will NOT deliver any orders where credit card is not present or said procedure has not been satisfactorily completed.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Minimum order is $15.00 in Restaurant Food Consumption. Every order includes a 5% Convenience Fee. Cash orders get an automatic 5% discount.

May I order drinks with my order?
You may order any type of drinks available at the restaurants, including alcoholic beverages. At FoodNet, we offer Bottled Water and Canned Soft Drinks: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite y Sprite Zero. ¡Cold Six packs on special for $5.75! To order just click on the GREEN SQUARE below the Shopping Cart Summary which says, "Refrescos, Articulos de Conveniencia y Mas". Remember that we may also get Convenience Items for you from your nearest Gas Station or Convenience Store such as: Milk, Bread, Juice, Eggs, Water by the Gallon, etc. At time of delivery, Cigarettes and Liquor MUST be received by an adult with proper ID. A 25% percent charge of what we pay at the store applies to this service, plus all applicable regular fees. For example: On a purchase costing $20.00, your subtotal will be $25.00.

Should I Tip the Driver?
Our drivers use their own vehicles and gasoline. They take care in that your order gets to you promptly and profesionally. Like any waiter, they rely on tips as their main source of income. Main difference though is that they do not serve multiple tables as do waiters in a restaurant. They devote themselves exclusively to your order for aproximately one hour. Also, remember that they must continually deal with traffic jams, lack of parking space, rain, Toll fees, Access Control restictions and Heat. Your tip is Greatly Appreciated. 15% is customary. Orders totalling $50 or more will include this tip compulsorily.

How long will my Delivery take?
We do everything in our reach to deliver your order in the least possible time. Usually 55 minutes or less. We encourage safe driving. Please take into consideration that meal preparation time, inclement climate, and traffic volume will make this times fluctuate on occasion.

Will my food arrive hot and fresh?
¡Absolutely! Our drivers use thermal packaging to guarantee the freshness and overall well being of restaurants foods while in transit to your home or office.

How much time in advance should I order?
Your order must be placed with at least One (1) Hour in advance of the time you will like it delivered. Ordering with plenty of time guarantees more accurate delivery times. For your convenience, we take orders with Hours, Days and even Weeks in advance. Some dishes such as Paellas, Rices and Peking Duck will take some extra time in their preparation.

How do I order if I dont fully know the details of a restaurant menu?
In this case, we recommend you place your first order from that restaurant via telephone, and not online. It is important to note that when you place an order online, it will go straight to the restaurant and if you order a dish thinking it is other, you will get the wrong dish. Our helpful office personnel can assist you with the menu and will make sure to order just what you want. Due to the Self Service nature of our convenient Online system, we cannot be responsible for dishes that have been ordered incorrectly, with non applicable specifications or assigned to incorrect dishes. Please order accordingly and fully verify your order before checking out.

Why are some menus different from the ones I see when I visit the restaurants?
Delivery menus are designed taking into consideration transport time and food quality upon arrival. Some dishes that do not adhere to these guidelines are taken out of the delivery menus. Delivery menus are mostly compiled by FoodNet with occasional reccomendations from the restaurants. They will not neccesarily include all the dishes available at the restaurants. Equally, prices might be different to the ones found at the restaurant when visiting its facilities or ordering Take-Out. Our service is wholly based on convenience and we feel proud to be able to offer you the experience of enjoying foods from your favorite restaurants in the convenience of your home or office.

May I request special specifications and/or changes on restaurant dishes?
Once you have selected an article, you may edit it, add more quantity or make any special request by clicking on the button labeled "edit" just beside the article. This specifications or changes are subject to each restaurant's prerrogative. Some may not make an additional charge while others will. If this is the case, those charges will be added to your total. If you have any food allergies, please notify the operator or make a clear note on your order. We will notify the restaurant in conjuction with your order. Nevertheless, we cannot be responsible for omissions or errors by the restaurant or for ingredients hidden inside other ingredients. Please remember that we do not have any contact with the foods nor the kitchen and our only function is to transport the order.

I just sent my order and want to review something. What can I do?
Inmediately upon processing of your checkout you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. You may also call us on the phone to review your order. You may also request a receipt by email on PDF format.

May I order from multiple restaurants?
You may order from as many restaurant as you want. Nevertheless, each order will be processed individually. Depending on selected restaurants, orders may arrive at different hours and with different drivers.

May I use coupons from the restaurants?
You may only apply offers and coupons offered by FoodNet, either by ourselves or in conjunction with a restaurant. Restaurant promotions are usually for use when visiting the restaurant only.

How does it process and what does FoodNet do with my information? (Privacy Policy)
We care about your privacy. We will never share your information with any other organization or external entity. We only keep required personal data that will allow us to complete the order and delivery process and be able to communicate effectively. We do not store your personal login info so, dont forget your password! Every customer that orders online is automatically included in our VIP Customer list to receive our newsletter, promotions and discounts. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link available on the lower part of any message sent.

Service Notes and Rules:
Restaurant Menus and Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for tipographical or programming errors in our system or promotions. Orders cannot be canceled once processed with the restaurant. In the unfortunate event that the restaurant has packed your order incorrectly, please call us immediately at 787-294-5520 to coordinate a re-delivery or apply proper credit due. We reserve the right to deny service to any person or entity, at our discretion. Placing an order from beginning to end with FoodNet, be it by Phone or Online, constitutes implied acceptance of all terms and conditions of our service. We appreciate your patronage.
